1. Treasurer, Mike Steuernagel, provided Membership Update and Treasurer’s Report, including 2011 Dues (link to presentation)

1. Board Elections
1. Chair Bergen began with introductions of the Officer Nominees; Del Stewart as Secretary, Mike Steuernagel as Treasurer, no Nominee for Vice-Chair position
2. Board Members were confirmed and each addressed the group
6. DISCUSSION ITEMS
1. Dave Fritzke, with the City of Crystal, provided a demonstration on Cheap & Easy Mapping Tools, mapping geo-tagged images using consumer-grade digital camera and processing program
2. Rachel Smith, Hennepin County Elections Manager, provided a PowerPoint presentation on 2012 Redistricting as a result of 2010 Census (link to presentation)
7. NEW BUSINESS
   Chair Bergen suggested Picnic theme for next meeting and possibility of having Del Stewart present on and demonstrate GPS technology
